How to Overcome Autoimmune Disease

Autoimmune disease can affect many different areas of your body and can be connected to conditions such as lupus, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis and different types of inflammatory bowel disease. In order to beat and reverse autoimmune disease, we have to reduce inflammation and help modulate and balance out the body’s immune response with these steps:

-Remove inflammatory foods from your diet - processed sugar, hydrogenated oils, casein, grains, food colorings
-Consume foods to help heal your cells and tissues and reduce inflammation - cooked vegetables, fruit, wild caught meats, bone broth, healing herbs
-Take the right supplements - bone broth powder, collagen powder, probiotics, omega-3
-Use essential oils - Roman chamomile, frankincense, myrrh, lavender, ylang-ylang, thyme
-Incorporate stress reducing techniques into your week - exercise, yoga, spiritual growth, healing bath
